The 2003 winners were announced at Boskone 40, February 2003, as follows:

The final round judges were David Brin and John M. Ford.


The 2002 winners were announced at Boskone 39, February 2002, as follows:

For the 2002 Contest, the semi-finalist judge was Michael Burstein and the final judge was Neil Gaiman.


There was no 2001 winner.
