New items with no assigned place in or near the new clubhousoe:
Bicycle rack.
We frequently have two bicyclists present.
With no proper storage place, their bicycles are very much in the way.
Movable bookcases (the kind that open up a single aisle somewhere among umpteen shelf units) have been suggested as a space-saving measure. They are reported to be several times as expensive as similar-quality non-moving shelves, require a truly level floor (and probably professional installation) to work properly, and to be a pain to deal with once they start to wear out.
