Wholesale and Booktrade Terms

NESFA Press offers a 40% discount on mixed orders of $250 or more retail or for five or more copies of a single title.

We also accept prepaid STOP orders from the book trade for single titles with a 20% discount.

We accept purchase orders only with previously-established credit. We do not offer a single title discount for orders which we must bill or via our online store.

Shipping and shipping charges

For orders paid in advance (Check, Visa or Mastercard) we charge domestic postage of $4 for a single book ($8 for 2-5 books; $2 per book for six and more) for orders made by mail or fax. For orders via our online store, there is a UPS calculator built in. In order to use the Wholesale discount on our online store, you need to have an account and be pre-approved. For Shipping to non-US addresses, we charge $10 per book for airmail (Please write or email us for large international orders via airmail.)

Note: Due to rate increases from the US Postal Service, we are discontinuing the rates for International surface shipping.

For orders which we bill, we will charge the actual shipping cost plus $2. In the US, orders normally will be shipped by UPS. Overseas they will normally be shipped by an M-bag via sea mail. Faster shipping methods are available upon request, but the customer must pay the added cost.

We can ship by UPS Consignee billing and FedEx Ground Prepaid.
