For shipping to non-US addresses, please add $12 per book for 1-2 books; $36 per order for 3-5 books; $6 per book for six and more; for airmail. Domestic orders are usually shipped via UPS Ground, all other orders will be shipped by the cheapest way unless otherwise indicated. Insurance or other expedited handling will be charged at cost.
