John Picacio is a two-time Hugo Award-winning illustrator of science fiction and fantasy. Over the last decade, he has become one of the most prolific American cover artists in SF/F. He is the founder of Lone Boy, and is currently re-engineering the Mexican game of chance called Loteria.
